As part of your programme, it’s important to regularly record your health measurements in the Liva app. This helps you and your health coach keep track of your progress and ensures you’re getting the right support throughout your journey. Adding your weight, blood pressure, or blood sugar only takes a moment, and you can do it directly from the app:

  • Open the Liva app, and navigate to the Today page (bottom left hand corner)
  • Scroll to the calendar above your goals and tracking, and scroll through this to select the date you need to make an entry for
  • Then click the green plus sign on either the weight, blood pressure or blood sugar tracking
  • Alternatively, you can just click on the weight, blood pressure or blood sugar tracking box, and select the calendar date in there for each reading/metric
  • Click “Register”
  • Select or add in your measurement
  • Add the time of measurement (doesn’t have to be exact)
  • Click "add”
